What Happens After You Submit Your Project:
1. After reviewing your submission, we will email your Initial Receipt and Invoice with payment instructions and your project due date.
2. Pay your invoice using the secure payment link included in the email, or call us to pay by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
3. We will contact the Project Submitter if we need additional information or clarification.
4. If equipment has not been selected, we will send you the completed Manual J so your HVAC contractor can provide condenser, coil and furnace options that meet the calculated heating and cooling loads.
5. Once your HVAC contractor selects the equipment, email us the manufacturer and model numbers for all proposed HVAC equipment, along with the OEM performance data. We will complete the Manual S equipment selection and contact you if any issues are found.
6. If Manual D is included, we will begin the residential duct design after Manual S is complete. To help align the design with the planned installation, ask your HVAC contractor to provide a duct-layout sketch; otherwise, we will design the system according to ACCA Manuals D and T.
